Surah Al Kahf (Arabic: الكهف, al-Kahf, "The Cave") also known as Ashabul Kahf is the 18th chapter of the Quran.
This surah consists of 110 verses, including the Makkiyah surahs.
Named Al-Kahf and Ashabul Kahf which means Cave-dwellers.These two names are taken from the story contained in this surah in verses 9 to 26, about several youths (The Seven Sleepers) who slept in a cave for many years.
